Arbitration Competition

Where Should I start first? Hmm…There are two group to compete each other. I was dying to join it, and I ask the first group whether I can join or not, but they said no, because it kinda full, and suggest me to create another group. But later on, they come to me (well, my friends who also in that group), ask me whether I wanna join or not, I agreed without think for long. Because I was happy that day, but later on again, I rejected and walk away from the first group due to my busy schedule. So well, its also other reason, to join this group is to hide secret. It just too difficult to live in such situation like this.

After a while, well, today, I’ve got another invitation from the second group to join in their group, this time, I’m also answer without think for long, but not the same answer as before, this time I’m rejected since the start, since I’ve got the letter that one member of that group gave me ” Can I talk with you for 5min after class? ” . I’m already know what they wanna talk, so I prepare to reject since the start. Well, because of some reasons such as:

1. I used to accepted the invitation from the first group, even though I walk away later before the first meeting of that group.

2. I just cant walk in second group after walk out from the first group. Coz one question pop up in m brain, “Why I join the second group, and not the first one?”

3. I am Busy with my study in Economics as well as Chinese Class.

4. Both group’s meet up is normally on Saturday n Sunday, and of course, it would be morning (Just what I’m expected)

Ashamed….Experience…Debate relate to Prosecuting the Khmer Rouge

Its a great experience to see the debate about Prosecuting the Khmer Rouge. To be honest, I am, who is Cambodian know nothing about what it was really happening during year 1975 – 1979. And To be honest, I have no feeling of what should we punish to those who commit such terrible crime to the whole country. And seriously, I feel ashamed of unable to share what I feel or what I know to those students and Instructor who came to do the debate. It just, I am also a Cambodian, my parents went through all of those hard time and yet, I am born after everything back to normal, born in the time that I can have everything I want, well, not everything, but most of the important things I want.

I always get nervous whenever question rise up, and I always wish upon my heart “Someone please answer the question, please please, don’t lets the whole conversation begin so quiet like this”. To be honest, I am scare, my brain so mix up, frustrated and everything, I am afraid, because most of the time that I am speak out to share my idea, it mostly turn out to be out of topic. I am afraid of those eyes that look at me in a scary way. I am scare…

And at the end, I feel regret, “if only I did say something… if only I am brave enough….if only I am smart enough… … if only I am a fast learner….” It keep going around and round…

Let’s just leave end of I said above and move on to the main topic I wanna share today which is about the “Debate relate to Prosecuting the Khmer Rouge” .

The Prosecuting Team, a Defense Team & Civil Parties Representative along with their instructor. They are from University of San Francisco School of Law. They will leave Phnom Penh to their country at the end of this week While one of them gonna stay here for a whole summer.

The Question of Law that rise up were ” Senior Khmer Rouge Leaders” and ” those most responsible for serious crime and violations ” .

Also some other questions at the end of the debate was : to share our knowledge or what we feel about this, as we are the Cambodian. ..

Another Try Won’t Hurt, Will it?

I just start my Chinese Class this Month ” May 02 ” .. First I can catch up with the lesson ” Pin Yin” But now, at this moment, I need to run, because things become more and more difficult, I was about to cry out loud during the class “Damn it! How come I cant read Chinese Letter, Not Even One Word!” Without Pin Yin to show how the Chinese Letter will sound, I ccouldnt read Chinese! How stupid and Silly I am! Damn it!

Okay, I will try my best to work on it! I will run while most people in my class walking…hmmm…Wish me Luck

No More Will

What can I do? Help me! I lost my strong will of study Spanish! Now I understand what my sisters always say to me, not to catch too many things at a time, coz I may not able to keep up with it. And yes its true! Because I am in this situation now, feel so bad!

A busy week with semester one exam in Economics, and guess what? I’m ready to re-take the math exam >____< hmmm….

I know that I’m so good at hurt myself. Why I said this ? I study four things right now

1. Law (University)

2. Economics (University)

3. English (Diploma)

4. Spanish (Language)

hmmm….I’m so tire! Duh!!

Result from Client Counseling

This is the second annual Cambodia Client Counseling Competition! There are about seven universities in Phnom penh that teach major Law, which join the competition today! I just back from the competition in Sunway hotel and I have to say, ITS WAS GREAT! Its a wonderful oppuntunity to see and learn! Its worth for me to skip my Economics class for this competition, to Cheer my friends (the 07 students in ELBBL) Also one of the presenter among more than 50 students from RULE(Royal University of Law & Economics)

Both groups did a great job! How they apply the law to the case, hospitality, and everything! Also I can heard a helpful comments from judges. This is really really really good!! I am so enjoy it!

And Guess what the result?? Which University win the first place?

RULE WIN THE FIRST PLACE! Also both groups made it! Both win! Yeah! Tomorrow will be the National Round! in the morning:)

GO! GO! Fighting!!

Client Counseling Competition

Its the competition between 6 Universities that taught Major : Law Each University have their own examination to select the best students from their school to join the competition. So now the first round with all the universities in Phnom Penh is tomorrow! Way to Go RULE! “Royal University of Law & Economics” You gals & guys can do it! Some students from ELBBL program will go to see the competition (07 & 08 students) We go there to be the presenter of RULE and to cheer the students from our school! Its a great oppunity ! Especially for us, the 08 students of ELBBL, because next year will be our turn to join the competition! To win! lol, well, I wish even though I may not be good enough to win, but at least, I’ve a chance to try it

Last but not least, just wanna wish my friends who join the competition, best of luck! Fight! We are Rule & Rock ! Lol
